Adult Workout

The workout is an adult drill and conditioning session designed to make a good tennis player better. The 1 1/2 hour session will be a real workout! Players participating must be at least a 3.0 ability level or above, and players will be grouped by ability. There are separate sessions for men and women.

 

 

 

Men:

  1. Sunday 9:00am-10:30am

Women:

  1. Sunday 10:30am-12:00pm

Men/Women:

  1. Sunday 12:00pm-1:30pm
  2. Sunday 8:00pm-9:30pm
  3. Friday 2:00pm-3:30pm
