THIS is it. The Workout, our most popular program for decades. It’s no wonder players reserve early to save their spot. The Workout is a fun, fast paced, energy-filled, workout that not only hones your tennis skills, but also keeps you moving for a full 90 minutes. It’s highly competitive too, designed for levels 3.0-4.5. With a pro on each court directing the action, this program is the one our members keep coming back for.
The Workout details
The Workout is coed and for members only. It is a season long (36 week) commitment.
Friday 2 - 3:30pm (levels 3.0- 4.0)
Sunday 9 - 10:30am (levels 3.5- 4.5)
Sunday 10:30am - 12pm (levels 3.0- 3.5)
Sunday 8 - 9:30pm (levels 3.0- 4.0)
