Workout is a fun, fast paced, energy-filled workout that not only hones your tennis skills but also keeps you moving for a full 90 minutes. It’s highly competitive too, designed for levels 3.0-4.5. With a pro on each court directing the action, this program is the one our members keep coming back for.
Workout is co-ed and is available only to our members. It is a season-long (36 weeks) commitment.
