Ready to get the blood flowing and your game going? Meet CARDIO Tennis: the calorie-crunching, overall workout for players at any level!

Why is it called “CARDIO?” Special, low-pressure balls make for longer rallies, so players build strength and endurance in each one-hour session. And it's just plain fun.

Membership is not required for this ever-popular Olympic class that you can take at your own pace—just push yourself when you’re ready and rest when you need it.  New for this season we are using Polar Heartrate monitors as part of every CARDIO class, the monitors give the players a true guage of their workout with a customized report sent straight to them after the session showing workout statistics and calories burned!
