We invite you to drop in for these classes whenever you like!

Get your blood flowing and your game going with Cardio Tennis: the calorie-crunching, overall workout for players at any level! Special, low-pressure balls make for longer rallies, so players build strength and endurance in each one-hour session.

Membership is not required for this ever-popular Olympic Indoor class that you can take at your own pace—just push yourself when you’re ready and rest when you need it. We use Polar heart rate monitors as part of every Cardio Tennis class; the monitors give each player a true gauge of their workout with a customized report sent straight to them after the session, showing workout statistics and calories burned!
