Ready to get the blood flowing and your game going? Meet Cardio Tennis: the calorie-crunching, overall workout for players at any level!

Why is it called “Cardio?” Special, low-pressure balls make for longer rallies, so players build strength and endurance in each one-hour session. And it's just plain fun.

Membership is not required for this ever-popular Olympic class that you can take at your own pace—just push yourself when you’re ready and rest when you need it.
