This summer, we renovated the space in the child play area and have made it more of a flex space to accomodate a range of fitness class options in the evenings!
We think we can find more ways for our patrons to stay healthy and fit, even if tennis isn't your thing (yet!). Last year, we offered a Mat Pilates class every Monday night while our Junior players were on the courts. We had both members and parents of Juniors (who were there anyway) join us for great strength and core development. It is our ambition to do more of this for the 2016-17 Indoor season. These classes will be drop ins and be open to members and non-members alike. Stayed tuned to this page and our FaceBook page for new programming coming soon!
